Herschella Horton, Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Arts in Management, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Member, Healing Touch International, Member, American Holistic Nurses’ Association.

Herschella is a former Arizona State Representative (1991-2001), with numerous special recognitions for her excellence in legislative work, and passion in health care legislation. She is currently the Director of Legislative Services for the Arizona Department of Economic Security.  She has been employed at Canyon Ranch Health Resort, Tucson in 1994 as a part time Staff Nurse and continues to work part time as a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner.
