Level 3 Instructor Training Class

Prerequisites

• Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor
• Have taught 5 Level II classes
• Maintained an active practice for two years prior to seminar
• Served as a helper or coordinator of at least three Level 3 classes during the past three years
• History of Hara Line Meditation
• Has successfully voice guided a group in a round of the Hara Line
• Meditation, while participating in the meditation, while eyes are open
• Has HSP and is able to demonstrate the use of the tools of breath and movement to raise vibration to the level that enables work at the 5th through 7th level.
• Evidence of ability to manage a group which is under stress (Examples of evidence: Licensed Health Care Practitioner, experienced teacher, divorce attorney, etc.) 

Seminar Objectives
The instructor trainee will be able to:

1. Identify how the teaching goals and functions of Level 3 differ from those of Level 1 & 2
2. Identify how Barbara Brennan’s books can be used to facilitate the student’s learning of Level 3 techniques and healership
3. Discuss teaching strategies which can be used to assist students with:
   a. cultivating their healer energy,
   b. holding a high vibration field,
   c. increase their HSP
4. Discuss energy principle application problems common to each of the Level 3 techniques.
5. Identify methods to assist students through the energy principle application challenges of each of the Level 3 techniques.
6. Discuss how to pace students' learning of Level 3 techniques to support completion of a full healing sequence
7. Identify the advantages of assigning full healing sequence homework.
